TERMS OF USE BETWEEN USER AND USAMove

Please read this agreement ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using this web site ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Users, whether a buyer or seller of some form of real estate agree to supply USAMove with information about themselves and the property they want to sell or buy. USAMove takes the information and selects an agent to assist the User with proposals from an independent third party real estate professional(s). USAMove will use this information within USAMove and to provide certain details on an anonymous or non-anonymous basis depending on the USAMove service to third parties who are, in most cases, appropriate members of its real estate agent network. Users may also agree to have the information he/she has supplied to USAMove forwarded to real estate or other third-party professionals referred by USAMove. As USAMove uses email, on an almost exclusive basis, to provide USAMove services, all USAMove users must consent to receive Email from USAMove to register for USAMove services. USAMove users will also be required to consent to receive emails from third party(ies) if the USAMove service requested requires services from a third party(ies)(for example, a local real estate agent).

USAMove may refer real estate professionals to Users, but USAMove does not engage in real estate broker services. Real Estate brokerage activities are performed by local Real Estate Professionals that have been referred to you by USAMove. For its services USAMove may receive payment including, but not limited to a referral fee that may be a percentage of the commission received by the real estate professionals involved in the real estate transaction. USAMove's payment is due an agreement between USAMove and the real estate professional involved. Your registration with USAMove and use of USAMove's services constitutes your acknowledgment of, and agreement to, this compensation arrangement.

If USAMove offers a promotional opportunity, not all Users may be eligible to receive all (any) promotional opportunities.

OBLIGATIONS OF HOME BUYERS/SELLERS REGISTERED WITH USAMOVE

By completing your registration with USAMove.com as a potential Home Buyer or Home Seller, you agree that:

1. You are of legal age and are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract;
2. You are interested in purchasing/selling property or both;
3. You are not visiting this site strictly to obtain home rental, leasing or resort rental or leasing information;
4. You are interested in purchasing/selling property located in the USA;
5. You do not have an exclusive contractual or other arrangement with any Real Estate Professional;
6. You agree to be contacted via Email or other means by USAMove, and third parties if relevant, regarding USAMove services;
7. USAMove may request, receive, copy and review your real property transaction and/or settlement documents;
8. You represent that you are not licensed as a real estate agent or broker;
9. You acknowledge that USAMove recommends your independent use of all appropriate government, public, consumer and other agencies or sources to verify Real Estate Professional license status and background as USAMove.com makes no such representations and or warranties about any real estate professional that may use the USAMove service.
10. As a Home Buyer or Seller, you are not bound to accept any of the propositions or proposals from any real estate professional meet through this website. USAMove disclaims any liability arising from and the accuracy of any Endorsements posted by Real Estate Professionals. It is your responsibility to evaluate the nature of any Endorsement posted by any Real Estate Professional and to be aware that Endorsements might not reflect the actual quality of service that you may receive from a Real Estate Professional.

Regardless of what state or county you are a resident or a citizen, you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction in the State of North Carolina, County of Craven.
